An account is for ordering

You can read the whole menu without an account. Signing in — through Google, the only way we offer — keeps your phone number, your addresses and your discount, so the next order takes one tap. What we keep and how to remove it is on the privacy page.

An order is a request until we call

Placing an order on the site does not mean the kitchen has started it. We call you to confirm — the menu comes from our till and something can run out between the two. If we cannot reach you on the number you left, we cannot confirm the order.

Delivery

We deliver across El Gouna. The delivery charge, if there is one, is agreed on that confirmation call, so the total on the site may go up by that amount. Outside El Gouna we do not deliver at all.

Prices and payment

Prices are in Egyptian pounds and taxes are not included. Tips are never added to the bill. Payment is cash or card to the driver.

A discount shown on your account applies to the food in your order. The percentage is whatever was agreed with you; we can change or withdraw it, and a change never affects an order already placed.

Changes and cancellation

Call us. Before the kitchen starts, anything can be changed. After that we will tell you honestly what is already cooking.

If something is wrong

Tell us the same day, with the order number. We would rather remake a dish than argue about it. Call +20 120 780 8166 and ask for the manager.
